Canyon Falls

I love driving through a mountain pass on a fall day. The best part is driving through a bend in the road, and as come out of the bend you look up into the canyon ....and see a spectacular double falls peaking out from fall foliage.  Just takes my breath away every time.

This pieces was created with layers of glass, fusing after each layer was added, to create depth and colors that pulls you into the scene.  Gold accents were added to create even more visual depth.  The piece measures 6” x 12” x 1/2”, in stand  9” x 15” x 3”
